Responsibilities:

Develops and maintains successful relationships with business referral sources, including existing and prospective leads to achieve production/sales goals as established by direct manager and the company

Grows the branch through development of marketing initiatives for all loan officers and retains and expands the company’s base of customers

Develops loan officers through training in selling techniques, marketing ideas, lead generation, and closing mortgages

Meets with borrowers to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process

Analyzes borrowers’ financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans

Maintains current and thorough knowledge of all lending programs, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including company training, continuing education requirements, and federal and state regulations

Qualifications:

3+ years of Loan Officer experience

MLO License required

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and company-specific software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

1+ years of experience managing a team

The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
