Ansell is looking for an Associate Manager, Business Process Improvement to join our team in Srilanka! The position is responsible and accountable for the deployment of Lean Six Sigma principles and Ansell Production System in the respective business unit - HGBU. Further, the global initiative management with respect to the assigned business unit is also a major responsibility.

What your role will be?

You will be:

1. Deployment of Lean Six Sigma principles across the business unit

Overall project identification and management for the business unit via programs such as S3, LSS Wave and P2.

Manage the projects, provide necessary training and coaching for the leaders

Periodic reviews and ensure project deliverables are achieved

Conduct reward and recognition programs periodically based on the review outcomes

Deploy lean tools whenever required by the operations

Conduct periodic audits in required areas (eg. 6S), to ascertain the successful implementation and sustainability

Develop talent management strategy and deploy for the respective business unit

Support the operational teams in visual factory

Lead role in LSS Green Belt, LSS White Belt and LSS tool trainings

2. Kaizen program management based cultural transformation

Communicate, train and empower the Kaizen teams and leaders

Track the Kaizen progress periodically

Periodic evaluations, Gemba and ranking

Conduct reward and recognition programs periodically

Promote and engage the concept among the general worker category

3. Ansell Production System Deployment

Understand the key concepts, applications and relevance of IWS pillar

Train and coach the plant deployment teams

Strategic deployment plan and execution for all pillars

Routine reviews and engagement to ensure sustainable deployment of APS

Collaborate with pillar heads to ensure on time deliverable of all deployment milestones

Change management with key stakeholders

Request the leadership support and laisse with the sponsors in bridging the support gap

Gap analysis and project planning for the deployment milestones

Health Check management

GBU Plant DDS APS representations

GBU Monthly DDS lead

4. Department overall budgetary management

Develop departmental GBU budgets

Periodic reviews and communication

5. Lean Six Sigma trainer

LSSGB,YB,WB trainer for executives

LSSGB project coach

LSS GB module development, minitab trainer

Talent review and management for LSS skills in executive team

6. Kaizen Program Administrator

7. 5S Program Administrator

What will you bring to Ansell?

BSc (Hons) Degree from a reputed university

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

General management/ business qualification (preferred)

Project management qualification (preferred)

Job Experience

1 years plus experience in similar capacity and 3 years overall industry experience

Lean Six Sigma related experience (preferred)

Project management experience in a manufacturing environment

Manufacturing industry exposure

Global scale work experience (preferred)
