Position: Registered Nurse ( RN )

Shift: Evening Shift 3PM–11PM Full-Time

Hourly Pay Range: $30.00–$40.50/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $12,000

Position Overview: Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Evening Shift

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team on the evening shift. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting, ensuring residents physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. You will collaborate closely with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and therapy staff to maintain consistency of care and support positive resident outcomes.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Current BLS/CPR certification required

Long-term care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting

Assess, monitor, and document residents health conditions and progress

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols

Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans

Provide education and support to residents and families

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations

Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment

Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
