Job Summary
We are searching for an experienced K-12 Project Manager with strong ISD exposure who can lead district-driven projects, manage stakeholders, and deliver school construction projects on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all phases of K-12 construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution within a district-driven environment.
Coordinate with Coppell ISD representatives, architects, engineers, and inspectors to maintain compliance and alignment.
Lead internal teams and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.
Requirements
7–12+ years of construction project management experience with a strong focus on K-12 or ISD projects, including renovations, additions, or replacement campuses.
Proven ability to manage district approvals, public-sector documentation, and multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Certifications Needed:
PMP, CCM, or DBIA preferred. OSHA 30 is strongly preferred.
Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to Coppell ISD sites and district meetings.
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) to manage RFIs, submittals, schedules, and pay applications.
Strong stakeholder and communication skills to coordinate with ISD representatives, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements within a public sector, district-driven K-12 environment.
