We are seeking a detail oriented Quality Inspector to ensure our products meet all internal and industry standards. Duties
Inspect in process components and final cable/wire assemblies for compliance with specifications.
Verify workmanship against drawings, job travelers, and applicable standards.
Identify defects, document nonconformances, and communicate findings to supervisors and production staff.
Perform first article inspections and in process quality checks.
Maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and documentation.
Support continuous improvement and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe inspection area.
Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or quality inspection is preferred but not required.
Experience inspecting cable assemblies, wire harnesses, or similar products is a plus.
IPC-620 Certification is highly preferred but not required.
On the job training provided.
Skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify workmanship issues.
Ability to read and understand work instructions, drawings, and specifications written in English, as required for accurate inspection and documentation.
Ability to communicate inspection findings clearly in English to supervisors and production staff.
Mandatory attendance Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime and occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
Must have 20/20 vision (corrective lenses are acceptable) and must not be color blind.
Growth mindset with the ability to learn and apply new inspection skills.
