Agility Partners is seeking a qualified QA Lead / Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to fill an open position with one of our clients in the healthcare and enterprise technology industry. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a robust quality assurance program and play a strategic role in improving software quality across multiple applications and platforms. The role combines hands-on testing leadership with process improvement and team mentorship. You will have significant influence over testing strategy, tooling, and delivery quality across the SDLC.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading enterprise-wide testing efforts, collaborating closely with development and business teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will design and execute both manual and automated testing strategies while overseeing QA resources and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, the QA Lead / Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will:

• Lead the design and execution of manual and automated testing strategies including system, functional, regression, integration, performance, load, and UAT testing

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and testing frameworks for new and existing releases

• Manage defect tracking, risk assessment, and test status reporting while coordinating with project managers and development teams

• Provide leadership and mentorship to QA team members, driving best practices, process improvements, and quality standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies

• Brings proven experience leading QA teams and managing testing efforts across multiple concurrent projects

• Possesses hands-on experience with test automation and performance tools such as UFT, LoadRunner, and ALM

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to assess quality risk and recommend mitigation strategies

• Has experience working closely with developers, project managers, business analysts, DBAs, and system administrators

• Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams

• Holds a BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
