About the Position: Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking an attorney with product liability experience involving pharma/medical devices to join as a litigation associate in Chicago. This firm has one of the largest and most sophisticated teams of disputes lawyers globally, including a local presence in over 40 countries. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your experience at an elite Am Law firm and handle substantive and important matters.

Responsibilities

Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda

Assist with fact development and depositions

Develop case strategy

Required Qualifications

3+ years of product liability and/or complex commercial litigation experience, particularly involving pharmaceutical/medical devices

Strong experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues

Large law firm experience (Am Law 100 background preferred)

Excellent academic credentials and writing skills

Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation: The anticipated base compensation for this position is $250,000 – $370,000. #J-18808-Ljbffr
