Senior Technical Lead Optimizely Full Stack (CMS + CMP)

Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior Technical Lead – Optimizely Full Stack (CMS + CMP) –- Offshore for our UAE operations.

Required Skills:

• 6–10+ years .NET / ASP.NET Core

• 4+ years hands-on Optimizely CMS (DXP)

• Experience with Optimizely CMP

• Strong API and integration design experience

• Azure cloud & CI/CD exposure

• Experience designing content lifecycle, governance, and multilingual setups

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred

• Optimizely Personalization

• Headless architecture experience

• Enterprise / regulated environment exposure

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end architecture across CMS, CMP, and external integrations

• Design and implement CMS + CMP content lifecycle (workflow, metadata, localization, publishing automation)

• Lead secure API-based integration (REST, Webhooks) between CMP CMS and other external applications, web & mobile.

• Develop complex CMS components, services, integrations, and search configurations

• Govern DXP environments and CI/CD pipelines

• Ensure performance, security, compliance, and reliability

• Participate in workshops, estimations, roadmap planning, and stakeholder discussions

• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards
