Certified Medication Aide

Medication Aide Responsibilities:

Administer medications safely and accurately according to state and facility guidelines

Monitor and document residents' responses to medications

Assist nursing staff with daily resident care and health monitoring

Communicate resident needs and changes clearly with the team

Support residents with meals, hydration, and daily living activities

Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and privacy standards Qualifications

Current CMA certification

Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in medication administration

Compassionate, patient-focused approach

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
