Job Summary:
The Client Support Service Professional is responsible for handling inbound customer service calls related to financial accounts and services. This role provides support for account inquiries, digital banking platforms, and cash management services while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced financial services environment while delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls regarding account inquiries, service requests, and financial-related questions.
Provide support for cash management products and services.
Assist clients with online account access through the client website and mobile application.
Resolve client issues while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and responsive service.
Meet or exceed departmental performance metrics and service standards.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
