Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring high-quality production and efficiency. The CNC Machine Operator will interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce precision components.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathe, horizontal, and vertical machining centers.
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency in production.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines to maintain optimal performance.
Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, with expertise in operating lathe machines and 5-axis CNC machines.
Strong understanding of CNC machine programming and operation.
Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
