Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and guidance to line managers to enhance leadership and team management skills.
• Oversee employee relations initiatives, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively.
• Maintain and promote the organization's culture through strategic HR practices.
• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage leave processes, including tracking, approvals, and adherence to legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
• Coordinate benefit functions and assist employees with related inquiries.
• Utilize HRIS platforms to streamline data management and reporting.
• Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.• Proven experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and other HR-related systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
• Experience with onboarding processes and benefits administration.
• Demonstrated ability to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
