Pay Rate: $40 – $43 per hour

Shift: Night Shift (Variable)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week (Guaranteed)

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, support residents’ overall health and well-being, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician

Provide wound care and basic nursing treatments

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards

Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support care coordination

Deliver compassionate, resident-focused careQualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

Prior experience in Long-Term Care or a nursing home setting preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during night shifts
