We have been serving pet parents since 2014 with stores spanning the Philadelphia and New Jersey Areas. We also have a strong partnership with ACCT that facilitates adoptions through our stores. We take in dogs from the shelter and help them find their fur-ever homes!

We are seeking Customer Service Associates for our retail stores. Customer Service Associates create and maintain a sense of community in our stores through excellent customer engagement, product knowledge, and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage customers and their pets when they visit our stores

Use product knowledge and customer service to assist customers with an inquires or concerns

Create a warm, welcoming environment for our customers

Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

Finalize transactions via our POS system

Process and stock weekly shipments

Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customer complaints

Take care of our shelter dogs and process adoption applications

Check in grooming clients and make appointments as needed

Communicate and work with a team to increase sales goals and complete store project and daily tasks.

Determine customer needs and offer suggestions where applicable

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent customer service skills

Retail math skills

Dog handling experience

Ability to upsell through the use of product knowledge and customer engagement

Outstanding phone etiquette

Stocking and merchandising experience

Ability to arrive on time and ready to work

Love for animals is an absolute must!
