The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employees and candidates, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience from hiring through onboarding. This role partners with the HR team, managers, and payroll to coordinate recruitment, new hire processes, and HR initiatives that make Weinbrenner a great place to work.Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Recruitment & Hiring Support
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment processes in a factory/manufacturing environment
Review applications and screen candidates for open positions
Schedule interviews and job shadow experiences
Draft and prepare offer letters
Arrange and track pre-employment drug screenings
Partner with HR Leadership to guide and support managers in hiring decisions
Maintain job postings internally and externally
Support recruitment initiatives, including job fairs and community hiring eventsNew Hire & Onboarding
Coordinate new hire processes and collaborate with the HR Team and Payroll to ensure timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork
Lead new hire orientation and serve as a welcoming first point of contact for new employeesOffice & Employee Support
Greet employees and visitors entering the Human Resources office and provide general HR assistance as needed
Serve as a resource for basic HR-related questions, escalating issues appropriatelyProjects & Events
Assist with special HR events, employee initiatives, and departmental projects as assigned
Qualifications and experience include, but are not limited to:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in an HR, recruiting, or administrative support role—manufacturing or factory environment experience a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient attention to detail with strong time management and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems preferred
