About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build a long-term career in property management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Complete work orders and general maintenance tasks as needed, with or without supervision

Visually inspect HVAC systems and change filters as needed

Maintain a positive, professional attitude and communicate effectively with owners, vendors, and team members

Assist with and learn basic plumbing, painting, electrical, and similar trades

Perform and document monthly systems checks

Safely and effectively use basic hand and power tools

Requirements

Position Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to bend, kneel, and lift from ground level

Ability to climb steps, ladders, and extension ladders, and perform work overhead

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and walk for the majority of the work shift

Valid driver’s license
