Why This Opportunity Stands Out:
If you’re a Senior Accountant who wants real influence, hands-on ownership, and a clear path into leadership—without corporate bureaucracy—this role is truly compelling.
This is a succession hire for a long-tenured Accounting leader who is retiring and wants to properly train and transition responsibilities to the right person.
What makes this role special:
Succession & visibility – Work directly with the Financial Controller and CEO with a clear runway to expanded leadership
Stable, growing business – Over 40 years in business with active, hands-on ownership
Manufacturing exposure – Gain deep experience in a plant-based accounting environment
True operational accounting – Cash positioning, daily reporting, budgeting, and month-end ownership
Fast-paced, high-trust environment – 48-hour month-end close and real accountability
Leadership development – Opportunity to oversee clerks and grow into full departmental leadership
Hands-on executive access – President and leadership team are engaged and accessible
Onsite, collaborative culture – Strong teams, clear expectations, and low internal politics
