A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and hands on Controller to lead all accounting functions. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger management, financial reporting, cost accounting, and internal controls

• Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and timely financial statements

• Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, banking activity, and forecasting

• Partner with operations and senior leadership to provide financial insights, support decision making, and drive profitability

• Supervise and develop the accounting team, fostering accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA a nice plus

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing strong plus

• Proven experience leading month end close, financial reporting, and treasury management

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
