Our client is a respected, growing construction organization seeking an Accounting Manager who can bring structure, accuracy, and leadership to a high impact accounting function.

This is a chance to work closely with project teams, influence financial outcomes, and streamline processes that keep complex builds moving. You won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be a true partner to operations, helping ensure projects stay on track and financially sound.

What You’ll Lead

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including invoice processing, AP, and loan draw activity

• Supervise and mentor accounting and AP staff, setting priorities and reviewing work

• Review and approve invoices, payments, and loan draw packages with precision

• Serve as the go to internal expert for loan draws, timelines, and issue resolution

• Support new project setup and maintain efficient invoice workflow systems

• Assist with construction budgets, cost to complete analysis, and cost reporting

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 3+ years of accounting experience; construction strongly preferred

• Experience leading or managing a team

• Proficiency with accounting systems, AP workflow tools, and Excel

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
