Equipment Operator/CDL Driver

Job Description

GeoSolutions is seeking someone with experience operating a pile driver (Vermeer PD10) and excavator for pile load testing at utility scale solar projects throughout the Midwest. Class A CDL also desired.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily activities of the project team

Work closely and coordinate project work with client representative

Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions

Ensure proper maintenance of equipment.

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in equipment operation

Knowledge of equipment and equipment maintenance

Strong leadership qualities

Strong communication skills

Commercial driver's license

GeoSolutions works with engineering firms that provide structural design for utility scale solar projects. Our role is to provide and install test pile at select locations throughout the project area and assist our clients in performing pile testing. The information collected from this testing is utilized in the project design.
