Now Hiring: Machine Operator (Temp-to-Hire) – Guilford, CT

Revere Staffing Partners is actively hiring a Machine Operator for a growing manufacturing client in Guilford, CT. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a consistent schedule and long-term potential.

Pay:

Starting at $18-$19/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday – Friday

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Responsibilities:

Operate production machinery in a manufacturing environment

Perform visual inspection of labels and materials for defects

Ensure proper use of raw materials and first-in/first-out (FIFO) processes

Monitor and review product quality throughout production

Accurately log production data into computer systems

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow instructions from the Production Leader and adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

Prior machine operator experience required

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Basic computer skills for logging and tracking production

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
