Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in either Ohio or Indiana.

This individual will be responsible for overall project execution including financial performance scheduling and client communication while working closely with field leadership and internal teams.

Job Details

Seven to fifteen plus years of experience in commercial construction project management

Experience with ground up or large scale renovation projects

Strong knowledge of budgeting scheduling and cost control

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex projects

Understanding of construction methods materials and safety practices

Bachelor's degree in construction management engineering or related field preferred
