As a Supervisory Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Coordinator at the GS-0301-14, you will be part of the Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. If selected, you will be responsible for providing supervision, expert knowledge, and coordination of a unified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and mediation program that provides participants with approaches to alternative dispute resolution.
