ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE OPERATOR (TEXTILE MANUFACTURING)
A fast paced textile plant is looking for dependable operators ready to learn and grow.
What You’ll Do
Operate textile production machines such as looms, knitting machines, winders, or spinners
Load raw materials (yarn, thread, fabric rolls) and monitor machine cycles
Inspect fabric for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Perform basic machine adjustments and report issues to your lead
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Support production flow by maintaining consistent machine uptime
What You Bring
Some manufacturing experience required (textile experience is a plus but not necessary)
Ability to follow instructions and work safely around moving machinery
Strong attention to detail—quality checks are a big part of the job
Comfort with physical work: standing, lifting, and moving materials
Willingness to learn new machines and processes
