Job Title: Injection Mold Machine Operator

Location: Middlefield, OH

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $16/ hr.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional voluntary Saturdays for overtime)

Position Overview:

We are urgently seeking an experienced Injection Mold Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is reliable, motivated, and committed to showing up every day ready to work.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor injection molding machines

Inspect finished products for quality and consistency

Perform basic machine adjustments as needed

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and production guidelines

Requirements:

Prior experience operating injection molding machines (required)

Strong work ethic and reliability—consistent attendance is critical

Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Attention to detail and quality
