Superintendent – South Division (Haverhill, MA)

Industrial Roofing Company (IRC) is seeking an experienced and driven Superintendent to lead field operations in our South Division. This role is responsible for coordinating resources, managing job site execution, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to IRC's quality standards. The Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in driving field performance, mentoring crews, and maintaining strong client and team relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee field crews and subcontractors across all phases of projects

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and regulatory compliance

Promote and maintain a strong job site safety culture

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and internal teams to achieve project goals

Provide technical guidance on commercial and metal roofing and siding systems

Participate in pre-construction planning and execution strategies

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in commercial roofing and/or siding

Strong knowledge of job site operations and construction processes

Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety best practices

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $100,000–$115,000, based on experience
