As the Production Superintendent, you will:

o Lead, mentor, and develop production supervisors, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed.

o Drive production performance and ensure plant goals are consistently achieved.

o Manage departmental budgets with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

o Promote a strong safety culture and champion ongoing process improvements across the operation.

Requirements:

o At least 3 years of supervisory experience in wood manufacturing; green end experience strongly preferred.

o Strong leadership, organizational, and computer skills.

o A team builder who knows how to motivate, engage, and elevate performance.

o Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
