The Consultant will be responsible for providing the following Services to the Bank:
Under the direction of the Director, Supervision Portfolio, you will:
• Contribute to the development of the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 application configuration
• Analyze, design and implement enhancements to meet business requirements
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and external counterparts
• Perform technical and root-cause analysis on issues and make recommendations for correction
• Create working procedures and documentation on solutions and populate knowledge databases, testing plans and results
• Identify and implement new or improved service delivery approaches to enhance efficiency and capacity for our clients
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements throughout application support and maintenance activities
• Other related activities and deliverables as required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
The Consultant should have the following qualifications and skills:
• University degree or College diploma in computer science or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years development experience with Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or greater)
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with JavaScript and C# within Visual Studio
• Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience as a Developer including recent experience with Microsoft .NET Framework
• Demonstrated experience working with Swagger and Web API services
• Demonstrated experience in writing programming scripts using PowerShell
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of source control systems essential, including advanced branching and merging techniques (e.g., TFS, SVN, or CVS)
Additional Qualifications:
The following will also be considered:
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (Front Door, APIM, B2C, Power Apps)
