IT Specialist

1. Work under the direct supervision of the Manager and report to the Manager on a daily basis.

2. Plan and manage IT projects to improve warehouse and operational efficiency within the company’s sourcing operation and 3rd party warehousing systems.

3. Oversee the implementation and integration of enterprise systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and inventory management software.

4. Ensure all IT systems and processes comply with policy standards and provide technical support to staff regarding software, hardware, network, and webpage implementation issues.

5. Identify opportunities for system improvement and recommend technology solutions to enhance productivity and customer experience.
