Call Center Representatives promptly and courteously respond to telephonic and in-person inquiries from participants, contributing employers, and representatives on issues including, but not limited to, payments, benefit coverage, and eligibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the Fund’s Health and Welfare Plans for active employees and retirees.
Ability to communicate with participants, providers, Fund staff, contributing employers, etc., in an expeditious and courteous manner.
Excellent written communication skills (spelling and grammar).
Computer knowledge and keyboard proficiency.
Research and problem-solving ability.
Good listening and organizational skills.
Excellent attendance.
Any other duties deemed necessary by Management.
