Salary Rate: $100,000 - $130,000

What You'll Own
Lead machinery-moving and equipment-relocation projects from planning through closeout, including industrial facilities, production lines, mechanical/electrical equipment, and more.
Build and manage project schedules while coordinating labor, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics.
Develop scopes of work, prepare estimates, and support bid proposals for turnkey and support-only projects.
Communicate clearly, professionally, and proactively with clients, general contractors, and subcontractors.
Oversee safety planning, job hazard analyses, and compliance documentation.
Manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast labor and equipment needs.
Drive RFIs, change orders, submittals, and procurement activities.
Support field execution with strong planning, onsite presence, and quick, practical problem-solving.
Skills required
3-7 years of experience in machinery moving, industrial construction, rigging, or specialty contracting.
Strong project coordination skills and familiarity with equipment such as gantries, forklifts, skates, cranes, and similar machinery.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and equipment installation requirements.
Solid experience with job cost tracking, scheduling, and project documentation.
Understanding of industrial environments - manufacturing, heavy equipment, plant upgrades, rigging, or machinery moving.
Knowledge of how electrical and mechanical scopes integrate into equipment relocation.
Valid driver's license and ability to be present on active job sites regularly.
Experience working alongside electrical and mechanical contractors.
Estimating experience for industrial or specialty-rigging projects.
Familiarity with OSHA requirements and site safety planning.
