CAD Drafter

Job Description

This role will be a 6-month contract-to-hire.

The pay range is $20-$23 per hour. Exact compensation may vary depending on education, experience, and skill.

Must Haves:

1-2 years of drafter experiencing

2 year degree or Highschool diploma

AutoCAD

GIS background

Plusses:

Civil 3-D

Engineering degree or certifications

Day to Day:

Creating and updating basemaps using existing data and project requirements.

No design work right away.

Assembling basemap packages for designers and engineers to use in design development.

Supporting multiple projects at once, shifting priorities as needed.

Projects in telecom, energy, natural gas, and utilities.
