Job Description

Job Title: Slitter Machine Operator

Pay & Schedule

$20/hour to start

$1 raise within 3–4 months

12 hour rotating 2 2 3 schedule, alternating between

1st Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM

3rd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM

Key Responsibilities

Load materials and run production work orders

Perform setups, changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting

Requirements

2+ years of technical machine operating experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience with slitting, extrusion, molding, or similar machinery preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work during a 12 hour shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Browns Summit, NC.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
