Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the advancement of clean energy solutions. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and committed to delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently.

Perform routine tasks to support the manufacturing flow.

Follow safety procedures and quality standards every day.

Collaborate with your team to keep production moving smoothly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Essential Skills

Experience in machine operation is required.

Proficiency in general production tasks.

Familiarity with assembly processes and hand tools.

Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure.

Competence in CNC operation and troubleshooting.

Skill in using calipers and press brakes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work 12-hour shifts, either day or night.

Strong attention to quality and safety standards.

Comfort with using tools and familiarity with computers.

Possess a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Some manufacturing experience is preferred.

Effective communication skills with teammates.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $50500.00/yr.
