Work From Home Customer Support Agent (Tallahassee)

We are currently hiring in the Tallahassee area for a remote customer service role. This independent contractor position focuses on assisting customers with billing and account support.

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer billing inquiries and account questions

Provide timely and effective issue resolution

Assist customers with payment plans and options

Quickly determine customer needs and offer appropriate solutions

Accurately process enrollments

Aim to resolve concerns during the first call

Ensure a positive customer experience

Follow all client call flows and policies

Technical Setup Requirements:

Personal desktop or laptop required

Wired internet connection (no wireless)

Minimum speed: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload

Windows 11 operating system

8 GB RAM

Dual monitors required

Minimum 60 GB storage (30 GB free)

Processor Specifications:

Intel Core (i3 or higher) or AMD Ryzen equivalent

ARM-based systems, Mac OS, and Chromebooks are not supported

Additional Requirements:

U.S. citizenship required

Must pass a background screening
