Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries related to billing and accounts
Resolve issues while providing clear and accurate information
Offer payment solutions such as installments and deferrals
Identify customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate options
Ensure proper enrollment into plans
Strive for first-call resolution
Maintain a high standard of customer care
Follow client guidelines and compliance requirements
