We are currently hiring remote agents in the New Orleans area to provide customer service support. This is a work-from-home opportunity focused on billing assistance and account management.
Role Overview:
Assist customers with billing inquiries and account questions
Resolve issues and provide accurate information
Offer payment solutions including installment options
Identify customer needs early and match them with the right solutions
Complete enrollments accurately and efficiently
Work toward resolving concerns in a single interaction
Deliver excellent customer experiences
Follow client-specific call flows and guidelines
System Requirements:
Personally owned PC or laptop
Hardwired internet connection required
Minimum speed: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
Windows 11, 8 GB RAM
Dual monitors required
60 GB total storage (30 GB free)
Processor Guidelines:
Intel Core or AMD Ryzen processors (supported series or higher)
Mac OS, Chromebooks, tablets, and ARM-based systems are not supported
Additional Criteria:
