Remote Customer Service Representative (Independent Contractor)
We are currently seeking motivated individuals in the Houston area for a fully remote customer support role. This is a work-from-home opportunity where you’ll assist customers with billing and account-related concerns.
What You’ll Do:
Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding billing and account questions
Provide clear solutions and resolve issues efficiently
Assist customers with payment arrangements, including extensions and plans
Identify customer needs early in the interaction and recommend appropriate solutions
Ensure accurate enrollment into the correct service plans
Aim for first-call resolution whenever possible
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction on every interaction
Follow established client call flows and compliance guidelines
Technical Requirements:
Personal desktop or laptop (no shared or public computers)
Wired internet connection (Wi-Fi not permitted)
Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
At least 30 GB free space (60 GB total)
8 GB RAM, Windows 11 operating system
Dual monitor setup required
Processor Requirements:
Intel i3 (9000 series) or higher
AMD Ryzen 3 or better
Equivalent or higher processors accepted
ARM-based devices, Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets are not supported
Additional Requirements:
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must pass a background screening
