Now hiring remote customer service agents in the Atlanta area. This is a work-from-home position focused on assisting customers with billing inquiries and account support.
Daily Duties Include:
Reviewing and responding to customer billing concerns
Resolving issues and answering questions clearly
Setting up payment arrangements and flexible plans
Understanding customer needs quickly and offering appropriate solutions
Completing accurate enrollments into service plans
Working toward first-call resolution
Maintaining strong customer satisfaction scores
Following all client call guidelines and policies
Equipment & Internet Requirements:
Personal computer (desktop or laptop only)
Wired internet connection (no wireless)
Minimum speed requirements: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
Windows 11, 8 GB RAM
Dual monitors required
Minimum 60 GB storage (30 GB free)
