Responsibilities:
Address customer billing questions and account concerns
Provide solutions and resolve issues efficiently
Assist with payment plans and deferred payment options
Quickly determine customer needs and recommend solutions
Ensure accurate enrollment in appropriate programs
Aim to resolve issues on the first call
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Follow all required client processes and compliance rules
Technical Setup:
Personal desktop or laptop required
Wired internet connection only
Minimum speeds: 10 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload
Windows 11 operating system
At least 8 GB RAM
Dual monitors required
Minimum 60 GB storage with 30 GB available
