Summary TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (SME) to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in designing and developing applications on the ServiceNow Platform to drive innovative solutions and support system integrity.Description As a ServiceNow Developer (SME), you will design and develop software applications and systems using the ServiceNow Platform. Collaborate with team members in planning, design, development, and utilization of data processing systems. Determine user needs, analyze system capabilities, and resolve issues related to program intent, output requirements, and input data acquisition. Design and develop compilers, assemblers, utility programs, and operating systems.Experience LevelSubject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience. Requirements: 16 yrs+

Required Skills

* Minimum of 16 years' experience as a Software Developer

* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HR Module, Customer Service Management (CSM), Asset Management, Change Management, Customer Development, CMDB, and Service Status Portal

* Proven success developing ServiceNow products using JavaScript and other coding applications

* Database administration experience with Oracle or MYSQL

* Ability to estimate work effort requirements as part of an Agile Scrum

* Effective written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

* Ability to work both in a team and as an individual contributor

* Adaptability to a constantly changing environment

* Aptitude for working with new emerging technologies and tools

* Ability to deliver enhanced functionality, aid with new implementations, and provide continuous support within schedule while preserving system integrity

* High degree of initiative, creativity, and technical ability

* Ability to identify issues and implement corrective actionsOptional Skills

* ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA)

Base Salary $203,000 - $245,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Base Salary $245,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $36,750 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $49,000 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $12,250 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,800 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
