Serve as a matrixed contributor on strategic initiatives across multiple internal departments.
Under supervision, provide day-to-day legal counsel to organizational leadership.
Advise Account Services and Prime Operations Business Units on government contracts and FAR compliance.
Participate in cross-divisional projects, especially in areas such as Research and Innovation and Workforce Development.Minimum Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.
10+ years of legal experience.
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
Demonstrated experience in:o Drafting and editing legal opinionso Conducting legal researcho Managing investigationso Negotiating complex matterso Preparing thorough documentation
Experience managing legal or compliance personnelPreferred Qualifications
10–15 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in:o Federal contractingo Contract lawo Litigation
Experience supporting a Board of Directors.
Background in business integrity and ethics programs, including investigations and risk mitigation.
Experience working with or supporting nonprofit organizations.
Knowledge of compliance frameworks and data privacy laws.
Experience working in a federal contractor or in-house legal department.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
