The Production Line Worker is responsible for performing assembly, packaging, and quality control tasks on a fast-paced production line. This position ensures that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production line equipment.

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow safety procedures and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards.

Meet daily production goals and quality standards.

Assist with loading/unloading materials or supplies.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to50 lbs.

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
