This role is an Axle Housing Design Engineer in the Drivetrain Castings Component Team.

Tasks will be directed by a Senior Engineer on the team and include concept modeling, stress & life analysis, assessing part nonconformance risk, amongst others.

Typical task breakdown: * Concept design and part modeling using Creo.

* Stress & life analysis Education & Experience Required: * BS in Mechanical Engineering * 2-4 years of relevant work experience Technical Skills * Proficient in Creo * Understands basic geometric tolerancing * Proficient in Creo Simulate FEA * Experience in steel or iron casting design * APQP knowledge * Practical / hands-on experience * Strong mechanical aptitude Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
