Gillmann Services, Inc. is looking for an experienced Lead Welder to join our Cincinnati team. This is a hands-on role in structural steel fabrication, including beams, handrails, and stairs.

What You'll Do

Fabricate and weld structural steel, handrails, and stairs

Read and follow blueprints and specifications

Set up and prep materials before welding, grinding, or fabrication

Follow all industry safety practices

Lead by example in the shop and assist team members as needed

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in structural steel fabrication

Skilled in MIG welding

Able to read and interpret blueprints

Knowledge of shop safety and material protection

Reliable transportation

Must pass drug test and background check
