Job Description

* Oversee day-to-day field operations for commercial or multifamily ground-up projects.

* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality from site prep through closeout.

* Partner closely with project management to maintain budgets and deliverables.

* Build strong client relationships through clear communication and site leadership.

* Drive a proactive approach to planning, sequencing, and resolving field challenges.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

* Experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multifamily builds.

* Background with podium, structured parking, or mid-rise wood/metal framing preferred.

* Steady career history with 1-2 long-term employers.

* Strong communicator with client-facing professionalism.

* Organized, proactive, and thrives in a low-micromanagement environment.
