Process Engineer We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Process Engineer to join our fast-paced engineering team.

This is a permanent position where the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, operation, training and maintenance of LCO2 refinery equipment.
The role requires a deep understanding of heat transfer, fluid flow and chemical exchange associated within the refinery process.
Additionally, strong knowledge of liquid CO2 purification and NH3 refrigeration are key to success in this role.
Essential Function 1.
Prepare and review of various deliverables such as process flow diagrams, P&IDs, process data sheets, equipment specifications, AutoCAD drawings, cause and effect diagrams, standard operating procedures, preventative maintenance schedules, HAZOP, and maintenance manuals.

Analyze LCO2 process flows continually for the enhancements of quality, cost reduction, and throughput.
Develop action plans and communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.

Apply statistical methods and perform product/process analysis for cost reduction, quality improvement, and improved efficiency.

Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of process equipment.
7.
Maintain reliable and safe process systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.

Provide operational and technical training to team members and management.
Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards Education - BS in Chemical Engineering or related field Work Experience 1-3 years Experience in project management and team leadership Required, knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt or higher) Required, Designing manufacturing processes Required, 3-5 years Ammonia refrigeration experience, Evaluating and improving process system designs to meet various manufacturing needs Required, AutoCAD Software usage Required, Managing Process Safety Management (PSM) processes Required 5-7 years Manufacturing engineering role Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proficient with Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, AutoCAD, Project Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships Travel will be to support emergent needs, major project commissioning, and process assistance as assigned by the Director of Engineering.
Regularly- up to 25% Travel, During Major Projects- up to 50% Travel.
