Job Position: Bilingual Recruiter/ Staffing Specialist (Spanish/ English Required)

Location: Houston, TX 77095

Pay Rate: $20/hr. + Commission

Shift: Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm

Job description:

We are seeking a driven, organized, and people-focused Bilingual Staffing Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and oversee employees after placement.

This is a full-cycle staffing role responsible for recruiting, onboarding compliance (including I-9 processing), workforce management, and client relationship support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable balancing recruiting goals with employee management responsibilities.

Spanish and English fluency is required.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Placement

Source qualified candidates using various recruiting platforms

Conduct phone and in-person interviews in Spanish and English

Match candidates to open client job orders

Coordinate interviews with client companies

Fill temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions

Meet weekly recruiting and placement targets

Onboarding & Compliance

Complete new hire paperwork, including I-9 verification

Process W-4 forms and onboarding documentation

Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws

Enter and maintain employee records in payroll and ATS systems

Employee & Client Management

Serve as primary point of contact for employees

Monitor attendance, performance, and job satisfaction

Address attendance or performance concerns proactively

Maintain ongoing communication with client supervisors and HR Team

Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful placements and retention

Qualifications

Required

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced staffing environment

Goal-oriented and comfortable working toward performance metrics

Preferred

1+ year experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, sales, or customer service

Experience with I-9 compliance and onboarding documentation
