Nightingale is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN – Nurse Practitioner) to provide high-quality clinical care across our Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and outpatient clinics in the South Arkansas area. This role is ideal for a patient-centered provider who values collaboration, clinical excellence, and continuity of care.

Position Summary

The APRN Nurse Practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal health outcomes for patients in post-acute and clinic-based settings.

Key Responsibilities

Perform health assessments, evaluations, and ongoing management of patients in SNF and clinic settings

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, and care coordinators

Ensure compliance with all clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards

Provide patient and family education to support long-term health management

Qualifications

Current APRN licensure in the State of Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain)

Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) (ANCC or AANP)

Graduate degree (MSN or DNP) from an accredited NP program

Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, internal medicine, or primary care preferred

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
