Job Title: Teacher Assistant

Location: Ashburn, VA

Duration: 16 Weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 3:40 PM

Pay Rate: $20 - $24 per hour

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers with classroom management and instructional activities.

Provide one-on-one and small group academic assistance to students.

Assist students with assignments, projects, and skill development.

Maintain accurate student records and monitor academic progress.

Provide support to students with special needs in an inclusive learning setting.

Facilitate group activities and supervise students during transitions and non-classroom periods.

Promote a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment.Qualifications

Previous experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a similar educational support role preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively with students of diverse learning abilities and backgrounds.

Patient, dependable, and collaborative team player.
